Preview RVF: The 2009 vintage was the first marketed by Samuel Billaud, winemaker well known to lovers of Chablis, since he owes the vinification of the great years of the domain Billaud-Simon, where he has long been officiating. Fine connoisseur of Chablis chardonnay nuances, Samuel set up his own house in 2009. From 2014, 4 ha are exploited in their own right (three first vintages, Vaudésir and Les Clos), allowing the constitution of a complete range (five premier crus, six grands crus!), whose quality bursts fully with the 2015 vintage. We were dazzled by the freshness, precision and brilliance of the wines, and the second star awarded this year rewards the great talent of this winemaker .
