Domain description
A convinced viticulturist, convincing but too modest to inscribe her name on her bottles, Dominique chose Marie Courtin, her grandmother, to highlight only the fruit of her work. Installed since 2000 on the coast of Bars (the south of Champagne), its vines have a favorable climate and rich soils that could be called Burgundy. On a single plot of 2.5 hectares, Dominique produces (in biodynamic since 2007 and on four different cuvées) only Extra-Brut champagnes vintage in single grape of pinot noir or chardonnay.
