1) Application domain

4.1 The goods are delivered regularly by post and at the delivery address indicated by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 From 150 €, transportation is free in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. 5.1 The items supplied by the seller are new and guaranteed against any defects. Should an item be defective or non-compliant, or fail to meet the wishes of the buyer, the seller agrees to exchange or refund the item, provided it has no trace of use and that it is returned to us in its packing of origin, within 14 days following the reception of the parcel.


The consumer has the possibility to resort, in case of dispute, to a procedure of conventional mediation or any other mode of dispute resolution.


7.1 If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of Article 1.2, any legal relationship between the contracting parties is governed by the law of the country in which the customer has his habitual residence, to the exclusion of United Nations international trade law. The competent jurisdiction for any dispute in connection with this contract is exclusively that of the habitual residence of the customer.

7.2 If the client is a professional within the meaning of Article 1.2, any legal relationship between the contracting parties shall be governed by the law of the country in which the seller has its registered office, to the exclusion of international trade law of the United Nations. The competent jurisdiction for any dispute in connection with this contract is exclusively that of the seller’s registered office.
