Preview RVF: Christian Jacques continues the adventure initiated in 2008 by his wife, emblematic figure of Burgundy, Anne-Claude Leflaive, to revive the Clau de Nell. Naturally, the ten hectares of vines in one piece planted on clay-limestone, red sandstone and flint are cultivated biodynamically since the 2000s. The last vintages of this charming area that we have been following for several years are particularly bright and deep. In both chenin blanc and cabernet franc and sauvignon red, the 12 to 18 month long aging in old barrels are adopted. These wines will appeal to lovers of great anjous.
